Delivery takes 1-3 days for Domestic Parcels - as it depends on location of shipping address.
For PosLaju parcels, please ensure that someone would be around to sign off the parcel as it requires signature. Failure to do so, your parcel would need to be picked up from the post office.
Once you have received the items, please kindly send us an email at alhumairah@rocketmail.com and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we shall assume that you have already received the items.
for Ready Stock items - Delivery is done within 7 business working days from the date of cleared payment.
for Pre Order items - Delivery is done within 20-25 business working days from the date the batch closes.
